INTRODUCTION
In a few words
Allyameca design office is born from the exceedent of passion and
motivation of an engineer in mechanics after more than 10 years of
experience in industrial equipment designing for the industry.
In 2021 the Allyameca design office in mechanics has been created at
the little village of Mommenheim by Yann Allgayer who is president
and designer at once.
With 14 years of experience in designing of
circuit-breakers, Industrial bread ovens, pharmaceutical
production equipments, automotive industry
The little firm has began with an experience wich is not only
theoric.
See above the project "tricycle" has
been done in year 2011 by the firm creator when he still was at
school at the "INSA Strasbourg" wich
means "Applied Science National Institute"
in Strasbourg.

PROJECTS FOR INDUSTRY
Measurement fixture - 3 meters long giant calliper
There is a measurement fixture
to ensure quality with parts dimensions to fit with the technical
drawing.
This projects deals with an update
of an actual equipment. The goal is to improve it with studying of
an additional function that is
measurement of X and Y drilled holes'axles positions on the part.

Design of an informatical tool for concrete
formworks calculation
This tool permits user to validate the following mechanical
properties:
- Formwork skin mechanical strenght in bending
- Formwork skin mechanical strenght in shear
- Formwork skin deformation
- Formwork stiffeners mechanical strenght in compression
- Safety coefficient and material choice

Calculation and analysis of structural designs
Verifiying and design calculation for steel
structures as machine frames,
metallic armatures or
building steel structures.
Checking of normative compliance
of access means (walkways, guardrails, stairs) with
NF E85-015 specifications. All
other specification on demand.
Providing of advices and suggestions of
modification to the customer to
fit with normative specifications in effect.
Feeding station for an automatic assembly machine
This study is about parts feeding to be mounted automatically by
this 8 steps (stations) machine
designed on a rotating plate basis ;

Aluminium frame for sim-racing driving simulation

been designed and drawed by ALLYAMECA
3D view released with the agreement of
the final customer.
Refill window for full automatic production machine
There is manual refill system
wich has many advantages as described below.
Specification book extract :
- Seal-closed door when not used
- Noise reduction from vibration
of the machine
- Door openning and parts refill done in
only one movement by the operator
- Safety protection made with a
Schmersal-type switch
- Compliant with standardized
"Schäfer" boxes

Molds and cutting machine for artisanal soap production
This project has been asked by a firm of soap
production in Alsace-France.
three cutting machines are in production
actually and trials will begin soon.
Red and blue parts are 3D printed by ALLYAMECA.
During mounting and trials, some more
photography will be added in this section.
This equipment permits a higher
productivity than what is actually made in soap domain.
In a few time a set with molds and a cutting machine could be sell
by Allyameca These equipments are compliant with the
soap industry normative environnement.

Dimension measurement fixture
This project is a demonstration one for industrial customers.
Here the domain is electrical devices
production.
Design step has been realized into one week. Its only goal is to
show design competences of the office. Qualities of this fixture are
accuracy, repeatability and
reproducibility.
BUSINESS PROJECTS
Custom-made engine intake for Renault Super 5 GT Turbo de 1990
This assembly has been designed from 2019 to 2020 on the demand of
a customer who is driving on race with the FFSA
(French Federation for Automotive Sports) ;
Catégory 1/4 and 1/8 miles.
This custom-made motor intake permits to mount
two carburetors in place of only
one as originally.
Customer comment :

satisfaction to have an unique system wich is the most adapted to my
need to win my runs at the FFSA.

are made by the customer who is a
specialist in turbo motors.
SIM-racing pedalboard for computer and game console
Here is a project for a private customer. This pedalboard made for
the driving/piloting simulation is low-cost to build and provides a high level of in-game sensations to
the user.
The project lasts approximatively one year and will be build
during the year. The original goal for the customer is to have some
fun by having his own, high quality and unique pedalboard.
It will provide the same feeling as his
real race car wich is a prepared "Mazda M5". This model is
called "Eunos roadster" and "Miata" in some other countries in the
world.
In the future the marketing of this pedalboard could be planned.

Extracts from the specification book :
- The clutch hard point has
been reproduced to be exactly the same as in the reality
- All the strenghts that the user
feels has been reproduced by using
real strenghts measured on the real race car Mazda MX-5 .
- On this pedal board system, strenghts
are directly measured by a very
accurate strenght sensor to ensure to match to the reality.

Mechanical mod for electronic cigarette

This project has been designed and printed at home, uniquely for
the well-beeing of the designer who has stoped smoking since middle
of year 2021.
The design step lasts one week, 20 printing hours and approximately
one week of mounting and wiring for one to two hours a day.
The result is very unusual with its atypical shape.
The mech can bear 3 18650 battery type, wired in parallel : It
permits to connect a very low resistance (from 0.14Ohm to more) in
total safety with rechargeable batteries that admitts 10A as
continuous discharge current "CdC".
A personalizable writing can be add on the bottom of the product
like this :

Home-made 2 ways hi-fi speakers
This is a personnal project, only for pleasure.
These speakers has been calculated, designed and built by Yann
Allgayer.
Filters, enclosures and acoustic effects has been calculated with
the best methods and professionalism by the designer.
The result is very great to listen, around 20 people have seen it
and found it very good at a private event.
Custom-made subwoofer for Volkswagen Golf (German brand car)
This subwoofer has been designed for a customer who wanted a new
one with special conditions.
(space requirement, power, using of two loudspeakers already owned
by the customer.
Building has been done by the customer herself.
The subwoofer is held in place by two wedges (3D printed parts)
designed and produced by Allyameca.
